Due to an expansion of our operations, we are looking to recruit associates for the following position:
Αccounting Assistant
Qualifications:
- University graduate (Accounting)
- Commitment to targets
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English & Greek languages (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Excel/Word/Power point
- Knowledge of accounting software will be considered as advantage
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accounting records
- Preparation of periodic management accounts and other reports tailored to the specific needs of clients
- Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES returns
- Preparation of monthly payroll calculations
- Preparation of monthly payroll forms for submission with the Social Insurance Office and Tax Authorities
- Assistance with the handling of TAX and VAT matters with the Authorities
- Direct communication with clients
- Reporting directly to the managing director
Experience:
Maximun of six months of experience in a relevant position
The candidate should be eligible to for inclusion in ANAD training programs
Remuneration:
A package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualification and experience.
