Η Radisson Hospitality AB, μέλος της Radisson Hotel Group, ανακοινώνει επίσημα την είσοδο του ομίλου στην πρωτεύουσα της Κύπρου, με ένα ολοκαίνουργιο έργο, το Radisson Blu Hotel Nicosia.
Χτίζοντας πάνω σε μια δοκιμασμένη συνταγή συνεργασίας, η νέα συμφωνία με την Stenson Investments Limited, θυγατρική της Quality Group είναι ακόμη ένα κομμάτι της στρατηγικής συνεργασίας με την Sunnyseeker Hotels για την ανάπτυξη 6 ξενοδοχείων και θέρετρων με σχεδόν 1000 δωμάτια μέχρι το 2025.
Το νέο Radisson Blu Hotel, Nicosia θα βρίσκεται στην οδό Σαλαμίνος στο κέντρο της Πρωτεύουσας, με πολλά και σημαντικά αξιοθέατα όπως το αρχαίο υδραγωγείο και το μνημείο ελευθερίας στο προμαχώνα Ποδοκάταρο, στα ενετικά τείχη.
Οι επισκέπτες της πρωτεύουσας, θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν το συναρπαστικό «κράμα» της καθημερινής ζωής στα στενά σοκάκια αλλά και το βάθος που έχει η πλούσια ιστορία της πόλης. Το ξενοδοχείο θα είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο μέσω του Διεθνούς Αερολιμένα Λάρνακας Γλαύκος Κληρίδης το οποίο βρίσκεται μόλις 40 χιλιόμετρα μακριά.

To Radisson Blu Hotel, Nicosia θα είναι το τρίτο μας ξενοδοχείο στο νησί. Βλέπουμε με ανυπομονησία την ανάπτυξη και εδραίωση του δικτύου μας ως ο μεγαλύτερος διεθνής ξενοδοχειακός όμιλος στο νησί.
Το νέο ξενοδοχείο περιλαμβάνει 180 δωμάτια εκ των οποίων τα 150 είναι στάνταρ και τα 30, σουίτες. Οι επιλογές γευμάτων συμπεριλαμβάνουν ένα ολοήμερο εστιατόριο, θεματικό μπαρ και εστιατόριο εμπνευσμένο από τοπικά πιάτα, όπως επίσης κέντρο ευεξίας μαζί με γυμναστήριο.
Το ξενοδοχείο θα προσφέρει ένα καινοτόμο χώρο τελευταίας τεχνολογίας 500 τετραγωνικών μέτρων για επαγγελματικές συναντήσεις, σεμινάρια αλλά και εκθέσεις, για διεθνή και τοπικά επαγγελματικά σώματα, κάτι που η πρωτεύουσα θα δει για πρώτη φορά.

Radisson Hotel Group signs deal to enter the Cypriot capital
Radisson Hospitality AB, part of Radisson Hotel Group, is proud to announce its entry into the capital city of Cyprus with the signing of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Nicosia.
Building on an already-successful partnership, the new deal with Stenson Investments Limited as a subsidiary of Quality Group is part of the master development agreement with Sunnyseeker Hotels to develop a minimum of six hotels and resorts, bringing almost 1,000 rooms into operation by 2025.
The Radisson Blu Hotel, Nicosia will be located on Salaminos Road in the city center, and walking distance from attractions such as the Aqueduct of Nicosia and the Liberty Monument at the Podocattaro Bastion of the Venetian walls.
Visitors to the Cypriot capital will enjoy a curious and fascinating mix of vibrant street life and a rich history. The hotel will also be easily accessible with Glafcos Clerides Larnaca International Airport being located 40km from the property.

The newly built 180-room hotel will consist of 150 standard rooms and 30 generous suites. Dining options will include an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty bar and restaurant with locally inspired dishes – with the property also featuring leisure facilities like a fitness room and wellness center. The hotel, which will also offer 500sqm hi-tech meeting and events spaces for the local and international business communities, will be the newest conference venue in the city.

The arrival of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Nicosia will complement the Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca already located on the popular south coast of Cyprus, along with upcoming Radisson Beach Resort Larnaca. Radisson Hospitality AB operates all properties under an international license agreement with Sunnyseeker Hotels, a rapidly expanding hotel management company.
